Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we learn of such infringements, we remove the content immediately.
